Franchise from Australia was this well hidden Yahava KoffeeWorks pronounced as "Juh-ha-va" in the area of Thomson Hill. Similar to many recently opened coffee places, main core business for Yahava KoffeeWorks seems as roaster and retailing / wholesale coffee beans rather just a cafe.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They conduct free coffee tasting sessions in house daily. Simple and no frill coffee place, great to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. We enjoyed our coffee in the huge space not feeling cramped or noisy even though it was full house.

Nom Nom .... CrazyWorld Cafe 疯狂世界 【CLOSED】

这是我和Juwind第一次踏进疯狂世界用餐。听Juwind 有来过这里参加过小型的音乐会但没有用餐的机会而只是站着欣赏。 我喜欢疯狂世界, 一间很独特的小店， 音乐会， 餐厅和售卖本地设计的个性商品都在一个地方真是好方便。 墙上挂着一些丹戎巴葛火车总站的照片好象一个小型的展览会， 可以边用餐边欣赏那个让好多人怀念的地方。我觉得我们的小岛就是少了这一类型的个性小店所以我应该多去捧场， 支持好音乐好商品好食物。 有经过牛车水记得去疯狂世界捧场。 意淋，棉花糖，宇珩，鄭可為，插班生都有在这里演出过，若对音乐有兴趣可以多查查它们的活動。

Creamier is not an ordinary ice cream shop in the old Toa Payoh heartland. Packed with office crowds, students and even grandma, it a rare sight I see but I'm sure that it is happening here everyday. I had a pleasure afternoon enjoying the homemade quality ice cream and admiring the art pieces exhibit on wall from Francis Ooi.
